The Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) is a NHS service that allows us to send your prescription(s) directly to your chosen pharmacy.

This paper-free prescription service means that you do not have to come into the surgery to collect your prescription.

All patients will need to select a pharmacy to have their prescriptions sent to electronically as paper prescriptions will no longer be produced.

Please use this form, contact the surgery or your chosen pharmacy directly to nominate a pharmacy.

You can also do this via the NHS App.
